Kjøkken: det er en klubb inne i villaen hvis eneste formål er å gi våre gjester beskjed om våre retter, tilberedt i henhold til lokale tradisjonelle toskanske retter og et utvalg av fine toskanske viner.

Meny: vi tilbyr alltid en fast meny til middag, og den er annerledes hver kveld, bestående av diverse forretter, et første pasta -kurs, et annet kurs med kjøtt og grønnsaker og dessert.

Forretter: er alltid en smak av typiske lokale produkter , dyrket og produsert på de toskanske gårdene som prikker på landsbygda våre, for eksempel salami og ost ledsaget av crostini (ristede rundstykker brød) eller “bruschette” (hvitløksbrød)

Første kurs: varier fra de mest enkle oppskriftene som pasta med nyplukte tomater og basilikum til mer tradisjonelle oppskrifter som tagliatelle med kjøttsaus eller “zuppa di pane” (brødsuppe), pasta med safran, fersk hjemmelaget pasta som ravioli, lasagne, pannekaker servert med forskjellige typer kjøtt og grønnsaksauser.

Andre kurs: Vi foreslår forskjellige typer kjøtt som kylling, svinekjøtt, kalvekjøtt, villsvin, kanin enten grillet eller kokt i en panne med urter.

Hvert annet kurs ledsages av grønnsaker fra tradisjonelle stekte poteter, grønne erter, diverse grillet, flan etc.

Desserter: avslutter middagen vår er frisk fruktsalat med iskrem, fruktmousse, "panna cotta", "tiramisù", amaretto-krem, fruktterter, sorbeter av forskjellige smaker.

Viner: Du finner et stort utvalg i vinlisten vår.

“Loved this place which is located in the beautiful Tuscan hills only 4K from San Gimignano. Fabulous family staff who provided really personal service e.g. great touring recommendations. Recommend booking the restaurant for dinner (only open Fri /Sat nights) - delicious meal. Also recommend the cooking class offered by lovely local woman Patrizia! It was a fantastic experience and we really enjoyed sitting down afterwards eating our home cooked Tuscan meal on the terrace.”

Ses terrasses, jardins et piscine en font un endroit propre au repos et le must c'est la table d'hôte proposée 3 soirs par semaine Simona, Sandra et Famille. Notre appartement était agréablement décoré, propre et la literie confortable. De multiples services sont proposés pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. La propriété se trouve proche de San Gimignano et à une 20 de km de Siena.
