Dette gårdshuset i Lombardia nær Gardasjøen er bygget fra de gamle gårdsbygningene og er det ideelle stedet å slappe av i roen til vingårdene rundt eiendommen.

Våningshuset ligger bare 2 km fra Sirmione sentrum og 1,5 km fra Virgilio termalbad.

Eiendommen inneholder romslige leiligheter opprettet etter oppussing av det gamle våningshuset, et stort basseng på 200 kvm, en lekeplass for barn, en grillplass og et vaskerom.

“Eine sehr schöne Anlage mitten in den Weinbergen. Alles war so wie vorher angekündigt. Der Pool ist großartig, gerade auch für Kinder sehr gut geeignet da stellenweise flaches Wasser. Alles war sehr gepflegt und das Personal jederzeit für Fragen offen und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.”

“L'appartement est bien équipé, grand et bien isolé. Nous étions contents d'avoir la terrasse qui donne sur les vignes ce qui était plus intime. Le ménage était ok à notre arrivée. La climatisation est un vrai plus par forte chaleur. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la piscine : grande et toute une partie où les enfants avaient pieds. Personnel accueillant.”
