Plasseringen til denne B ##%%##amp; B er virkelig veldig interessant fordi den gjør det mulig for en å nå mange toskanske byer og glede seg over de naturlige skjønnhetene i nasjonalparken Migliarino-San Rossore.

Beskrivelse : Dette B##%%##amp;B / pensjonatet var opprinnelig et typisk toskansk våningshus bygget på begynnelsen av 1900-tallet. Den er totalrenovert og har 1500 kvadratmeter hage med typisk middelhavsvegetasjon. En salong med flatskjerm-TV / SAT er tilgjengelig for gjestene for øyeblikk av avslapning.

Innkvartering : de 5 komfortable soverommene (4 doble og en tremannsrom), alle med eget bad, TV / SAT og uavhengig klimaanlegg / oppvarming har plass til opptil 11 gjester. Takene er preget av trebjelker, og møblene er i samsvar med bygningens historiske kontekst.

Fasiliteter : privat parkering og internett er gratis. Alle rommene har uavhengig klimaanlegg og oppvarming, og gjestene kan komme og gå som de vil.

Omgivelser : havet og stranden i Marina di Vecchiano ligger omtrent 8 km unna, og Lucca, Livorno og de berømte turistmålene Torre del Lago Puccini, Viareggio og Versilia ligger innen 20 km radius.
