Beliggenhet: Feriehuset ligger ca. 1 km fra de vakre veggene fra det sekstende århundre som omslutter byen Lucca , men er samtidig dyppet i det rolige landskapet.

Beskrivelse: landstedet (som tilhører familien som har administrert det i flere generasjoner) er fullstendig restrukturert, men beholder alle sine typiske egenskaper som de gamle flislagte fortauene i "cotto", tak med små bjelkelag satt inn fra mizzens og en flott terrasse hvorfra du kan nyte det hyggelige panoramaet rundt den.

Kunden står fritt til å gå inn og ut når som helst på dagen eller natten, da han har med seg nøkkelen til soverommet og nøkkelen til hoveddøren.

Tjenester: i de varmere månedene kan du bli servert i en flott indre gårdsplass med fin utsikt over parken, hvor du også finner den private parkeringen, svømmebassenget og lekeplassen for barna.
