Omgitt av 12 hektar med land, er det det ideelle stedet for de som ønsker å slappe av og sette pris på fargene og duftene på det sardiske landskapet.

Denne familiedrevne gården produserer vindruer, olje og frukt.

Den italienske frokosten serveres både i et indre rom og på den utvendige verandaen.

Gårdsplassen til våningshuset består av en stor og velholdt hage med mange hundre år gamle oliventrær og på baksiden av våningshuset er det et svømmebasseng på 10 X 5 meter utstyrt med et stort solarium.

Våningshuset har en hovedbygning med 7 rom og en andre uavhengig bygning med 4 andre rom.

Rommene varierer i størrelse, fra 35 til 45 kvadratmeter, har tak med trebjelker, innvendige inngangsdører samt garderober er laget av lokale håndverkere i solid ask og innlagt for hånd.

Våningshuset er fullstendig restaurert, med materialer som har gjort det mulig å oppnå energiklassesertifikatet A , med full respekt for det omkringliggende miljøet.

Strukturen har et solcelleanlegg som driver varme- og varmtvannsproduksjonssystemet på dagtid.

Komfort er garantert av bygningens A-klassifisering: kjølig sommer og varm vinter.

“La propriété est très très bien située pour profiter de l’ensemble des sites magnifiques de la région. Un peu a l’écart d’Alghero où l’on accède rapidement, l’endroit est calme et reposant. Idéal pour les vacances. Le gîte offre des prestations de grande qualité. Chambre spacieuse, climatisation et belle salle de bain. L’extérieur est aussi à la hauteur, jardin bien entretenu, piscine et spa . L’accueil de Gennaro et Anna vous décontracte tout de suite. Le petit déjeuner est un délice avec les gateaux maison ainsi que les confitures. Gennaro connait les bonnes adresses et aide aussi,aux réservations. Cela facilite grandement . Toutes les adresses, restaurants, plages et excursions étaient excellentes. En résumé un sejour magnique”
