Eiendommen ligger blant de bølgende åsene i Siena på 600 moh, nær viktige turistsentre som Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino , kjent for sine fine viner, som Nobile di Montepulciano og Brunello di Montalcino.

Våningshuset har et stort svømmebasseng på 13 x 7 m omgitt av grønne områder. Inne i strukturen er det en stor parkeringsplass. Hunder og katter som holdes i bånd er velkomne.

Ved bestilling kan du benytte deg av følgende ekstratjenester: frokost, middag, vin- og oljesmaking, temakvelder med typiske toskanske produkter, direktesalg av olje, vin og honning produsert av selskapet, catering til fester.

Våningshuset er et eldgammelt gårdshus omgitt av grønne områder, olivenlunder, skog, godt dyrkede åkre og vingårder, og består av 6 leiligheter, alle renoverte og godt innredet med antikke møbler . Fra hver leilighet er det mulig å nyte en fantastisk utsikt over Crete Senesi i Val d'Orcia og Val di Chiana.

Inne på eiendommen er det en stor felles salong med biljard, TV og stereoanlegg , hvor gjestene kan tilbringe øyeblikk med avslapning, lese og smake på typiske viner. I nærheten av svømmebassenget er det en stor grill komplett med bord , som kan brukes av våre gjester.

Våningshuset er også oppmerksomt på underholdningen til de minste, faktisk har det et fotballnett, volleyballnett, bordtennis, bordfotball og swing.

Selskapet eier en enorm olivenlund med over 10 000 oliventrær, typisk for området, for produksjon av organisk ekstra virgin olivenolje som du kan smake eller kjøpe.

“We stayed in the Granaio cottage and it was great. Spacious with lots of room. The surroundings were well kept and the breakfast was excellent and tasty. We had dinner next to the fireplace one night and it was terrific. We walked among the olive groves and purchased some homemade extra virgin olive oil.
