Gården, som en gang var et gammelt utkikkstårn takket være sin panoramiske posisjon, har utsikt over en stor grønn plen full av oliventrær og et fantastisk svømmebasseng (12X6m) hvor du kan nyte en av de mest slående utsiktene over området.

Gården, som en gang var et gammelt utkikkstårn takket være sin panoramiske posisjon, har utsikt over en stor grønn plen full av oliventrær og et fantastisk svømmebasseng (12X6m) hvor du kan nyte en av de mest slående utsiktene over området.

Det har blitt renovert med omhu mens de typiske egenskapene til de toskanske gårdshusene har beholdt med gulv i terrakottafliser, steiner og takbjelker. Eiendommen ble brakt til sin gamle prakt i perfekt harmoni mellom det toskanske landmiljøet og elegansen og nøyaktigheten til møbler. Det er et sjarmerende sted, i stand til å gi sine gjester en uforglemmelig ferie i et unikt og uforanderlig landskap.

Det er et familiedrevet gårdsferiesenter, og det tilbyr en varm og behagelig atmosfære med alle bekvemmeligheter som er vanskelige å finne i lignende fasiliteter. Både interiøret og utsiden av bygningen er veldig nøyaktige, godt ferdig i alle detaljer. Alle rom er utstyrt med peis eller vedovn.

Dens ideelle beliggenhet gjør det enkelt for våre gjester å komme seg til byer som Firenze, Arezzo og Siena på kort tid, rike på kunst og tradisjoner. De kan besøke Chianti-åsene med sine landsbyer og slott, de mange vinkjellerne hvor de kan smake på de beste Chianti-vinene på markedet.

“Selecting a villa was a difficult process because you have limited photos and there are just so many places out there. But I really lucked out when I found this place! Photos do not do justice to the lovely villa and its surroundings. We were greeted with open arms by the owners upon arrival and they really did everything to make us feel at home. Honestly, the accommodations and size of the villa was much bigger than expected. Location wise, it is located fairly close to the main highways (about a 15 min drive) and close enough to Firenze. The owners know a great deal of local spots to dine and can give you directions to just about anywhere in Italy! The town of Pian Di Sco is very quaint and the local people are also extremely friendly. This is really is a special place. Our group can't wait to make the trip again. Ps. A memorable setting to have a wedding. We were lucky to have this experience at such a special villa. ”
