Gården ligger i Bisenzio-dalen (Prato-provinsen), ved foten av de toskansk-emiliske appeninene, rundt 400 meter over havet.

Det ligger like ovenfor landsbyen San Quirico di Vernio, på veien til Mugello-dalen . Den har fått navnet sitt fra middelalderlenet Vernio, og dateres tilbake til 1400-tallet.

Gården ligger i Bisenzio-dalen (Prato-provinsen), ved foten av de toskansk-emiliske appeninene, rundt 400 meter over havet.

Det ligger like ovenfor landsbyen San Quirico di Vernio, på veien til Mugello-dalen . Den har fått navnet sitt fra middelalderlenet Vernio, og dateres tilbake til 1400-tallet.

Dette er et økologisk gårdshus som produserer lokale delikatesser som: ekstra virgin olivenolje, kastanjemel, fantastisk honning som akasie, kastanje, eikehonningdugg, villblomst og bjørnebær.

Avlen konsentrerer seg om den prestisjetunge Cinta Senese (Sienese belted pig - en rekke saddleback), Calvana storfe og Quarter Horses - hestene til cowboyer.

Våningshuset ble født rundt slutten av 90-tallet, med 6 selvstendige leiligheter innredet i toskansk stil, svømmebasseng, gårdsrestaurant, direktesalgssted og smakeområde.

Vi er knyttet til tradisjonene i territoriet, til ekte mat og til godt selskap.

Ils sont disponibles et très serviables. La localisation du gîte nous a permis de visiter Pise et Florence tout comme de magnifiques sites naturels.”

“Authentische und natürlich Unterkunft - Man sieht das hier viel Liebe in kleine Details gefloßen ist. Auch für unseren 11 Monate alten Sohn, war alles nötige vorhanden - Babybett und Babystuhl. Die Gastgeber waren überaus zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich, haben sich Zeit für unsere Fragen und den ein oder anderen kurzen Plausch genommen - und sprechen sehr gutes Englisch. Die Unterkunft bietet auch hervoragende Spezialitäten die man im hauseigenen Tante-Ema-Laden erstehen kann. An Tieren waren 4 Pferde, 3 Katzen, 1 Hund vor Ort - Allesamt recht freundliche Zeitgenoßen, Sorgen beim Streicheln braucht man hier nicht haben. Die Umgebung war idylisch und ruhig, um 20:00 spielt die Kirchenuhr im Tal eine wunderbare Melodie. Nachts findet man Ruhe und Erholung.”
