Huset vårt er omgitt av en stor hage på 20 000 kvadratmeter, dyrket med vinstokker, oliven, valnøtter, sitrusfrukter og mange andre planter som er typiske for middelhavskratt.

Huset vårt er omgitt av en stor hage på 20 000 kvadratmeter, dyrket med vinstokker, oliven, valnøtter, sitrusfrukter og mange andre planter som er typiske for middelhavskratt.

Du kan nyte hagen vår ved å stoppe ved de forskjellige panoramapunktene eller gå til stranden , den nærmeste er 3 km, eller besøke de arkeologiske funnstedene, gå på fotturer eller mange andre ting som vårt territorium tilbyr.

Et komfortabelt kjøkken står til din disposisjon i hagen, og det vil også være mulig å ha matlagingstimer med fersk pasta eller napolitansk mat.

De store plassene og en nøyaktig desinfiserende rengjøring garanterer de riktige forholdsreglene for et fredelig opphold.

Det er også en stor parkeringsplass.

Vi er 30 km fra Napoli, bak Vesuv, 15 minutters kjøring fra Pompeii til 30 minutter fra Sentiero Degli Dei, øyene Capri og Ischia er lett tilgjengelig.

NBI eiendommen er det 2 hunder, og ved sen innsjekking etter kl. 22.00 vil det kreves et tillegg på 40 euro

“My husband and I spent 2 weeks in early May at this property. Even with many days of rain, it was lovely. The lodging is very comfortable and has a kitchen for simple meals. We rented the top apartment which has a lovely deck with an absolutely amazing view of the Bay of Naples, Gragnano, Castellamarre di Stabia, and mountains to the east. When it isn’t pouring rain you see Ischia in the Bay of Naples. If you climb the hill to the west, you have a wonderful view of Mount Vesuvius. The flowers, plants, orange and lemon trees, grape vines and olive trees surround the property, so you can enjoy a few days just looking from the deck and wandering around the property. When the weather is nice there is an outside kitchen and a large patio just to enjoy the out of doors. Besides the many places you have access to by car and train, there are also the interesting towns of Gragnano and Castellamarre not more than 20 minutes away. A must see is the Villa San Marco, that was destroyed by the Mount Vesuvius eruption and has now been excavated. From Castellamarre you can take the Circumvesuvio train to any location between Garibaldi Statione in Naples and Sorrento – and for only 3 euro/trip. Our only caveat is that driving can be difficult if you are not accustomed to very narrow hilly and curvy roads with cars and trucks they were never built for. Many people ride motorcycles that add to driving difficulties. If you like the countryside, you can’t make a mistake with this property. ”

“Cristina est une hôte très accueillante et très arrangeante , qui nous a donné plein d’idées et de conseils pour visiter la région. La maison est entourée d’un jardin plein d’orangers et citronniers , la vue est incroyable depuis la terrasse. La chambre est spacieuse et joliment décorée. Tous les matins, nous pouvions nous faire des oranges pressées avec celles du jardin, pour le petit-déjeuner. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Pompéi et la côte Amalfitaine. Ce serait un plaisir de revenir !”
