Et vakkert enebolig med ny totalrenovering, med hensyn til gjenoppretting av opprinnelsen til toskanske gårdshus.

Det tar navn fra det fantastiske panoramaet over Siena og de suggestive åsene som gjør dette landskapet til en av de vakreste i verden.

Villa Siena er et hus som passer for par som vil ha mer privatliv, men det er absolutt behagelig selv for familier på 4 personer.

Inngangen har et stort vindu som åpner på kjøkkenet utstyrt med alle bekvemmeligheter av våre tider: en mikrobølgeovn, en tradisjonell ovn, oppvaskmaskin, kjøleskap med fryser, etc ... alt i toppkvalitets kirsebærtre.

I samme etasje som kjøkkenet er det også stuen med et stort vindu som sammen med den vakre peisen er innstillingen for en '700 toskansk mursteinbue.

Et bad med en stor dusj definerer gulvet under.

En stor trapp gir tilgang til øverste etasje. Her er det et dobbelt soverom med king size seng (med latex madrass for å sikre god hvile) og med kirsebærtre garderobe med 8 dører; et stort vindu rammer hele Val d'Arbia.

I samme etasje er det et andre mindre soverom som har en køyeseng og en garderobe, dette rommet har også et stort vindu med vakker utsikt.

Det andre badet med badekar gir service til de to soverommene, hvor du i avslappende øyeblikk, om enn i et fint bad, kan nyte det fantastiske panoramaet av Siena.

Huset har også en vakker privat terrasse hvor du kan nyte maksimal avslapning og nyte middager og utendørs lunsjer nedsenket i et drømmelandskap.
