I hjertet av det beskyttede området Monteferrato, nedsenket i de grønne åsene i Prato, omtrent 30 km fra Firenze, ligger denne gården, en bygd som dateres tilbake til 1000-tallet.

Omtrent 20 hektar av eiendommen er beplantet med olivenlunder som man får utmerket ekstra virgin olivenolje fra. I denne olivenlunden er det en rekke oliventre, kalt "Frantoiano di Montemurlo", som antas å ha terapeutiske egenskaper i forebygging av kreft.

I tillegg til extra virgin olivenolje, produserer gården også grønnsaker etter sertifiserte økologiske dyrkingsmetoder.
