Tre-roms leilighet ligger i første etasje og dominerer hele eiendommen.
På vestsiden strekker det eksklusive panoramaet seg over Gallipoli-bukten, Sant'Andrea-øya og den gamle byen, og rundt kan du fordype deg i det fantastiske landskapet i Salento; fra den private terrassen og soveromsvinduene kan du beundre de vakre solnedgangene på havet.

Moderne møbler, i hvite nyanser, kombinerer perfekt med det gule, svarte og perlemorgranittgulvet.
Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med induksjonstopp med 4 ovner, oppvaskmaskin, standard kjøleskap og fryser.
Stuen er romslig og består av et bord for 6 personer (kan utvides til 8), en komfortabel sovesofa med halvøy, en kommode og en flatskjerm-TV.
Det er to soverom med dobbeltsenger , to dører garderober og et bad med dusj og vaskemaskin.
Avslapping og resten av våre gjester er veldig viktig. Av denne grunn valgte vi solide senger og Memoform siste generasjons madrasser.

En del av terrassen er eksklusivt forbeholdt denne leilighetsgjestene, og den er utstyrt for å tilby muligheten til å spise lunsj og middag ute, i fullstendig privatliv.

Leiligheten er utstyrt med WI FI, TV, hårføner, oppvarming, air condition , selv om nettene på landsbygda er, for det meste, friske, selv i den varmeste sesongen.

For respekt for alle gjestene på våningshuset er det ikke tillatt å røyke.
